Hello, I'm Jess, and I've dedicated the better part of two decades to navigating the twists and turns of the corporate world. Now, I'm turning my journey into a roadmap for you through The Academy. Here, I offer my expertise as a mentor and strategic partner, exclusively for female business owners who are ready to scale new heights.

It's no secret that the playing field isn't always even — studies have shown that women are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet 100% of the qualifications, a stark contrast to their male counterparts. Moreover, the balancing act of juggling business ambitions with parenting, household responsibilities, and personal needs often pulls our focus in a million directions. This, coupled with the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles (only a fraction of CEOs in top companies worldwide are women), underscores the barriers we face.

My vision? To dismantle these barriers together. I'm here to keep you accountable, to guide you through the tough decisions, and to celebrate your victories. Whether you're laying the groundwork for your empire or scaling up, I provide the resources, support, and wisdom you need to thrive amidst the chaos of daily life. Success to me is so much more than just a financial pay-off; it’s more about the life I am building that involves being a great mum, partner and friend as well as business owner. These 3 hour deep dive sessions are designed to set you up in a practical way to achieve your definition of success. Following a deep dive into the overall vision and ‘why’ behind what you are trying to achieve we will create a definitive plan of attack to get you there.
