Our Team Dynamics- Depth psychology workshops are designed to transform your team by deepening self-awareness, nurturing team cohesion, and streamlining conflict resolution. We are committed to fostering workplace environments where everyone feels seen, understood, and valued, and our MBTI certified consultant Brendan Tuckerman has personally designed these sessions to maximise interaction and provide practical tools and strategies for real-life situations. We are excited to offer these workshops and look forward to helping your team reach its full potential.
How it works
Each workshop is expertly facilitated by Brendan, who will draw live examples from the team to ensure real world relevance. Workshops are designed in modules and can be completed separately or as a full bundle. Designed for small to medium sized teams.
Before any of the workshops, participants embark on their journey of self discovery. They will complete a detailed questionnaire to determine their personality type. This pre-course reflection prepares each team member for the insightful journey ahead.

Why would your team benefit?
“Camaraderie promotes group loyalty and dedication to work.”
“When employees feel their opinions count, companies could benefit from a 27% decrease in turnover rate, 40% decrease in safety incidents, and 12% increase in productivity.”
“Companies with a fully engaged workforce are capable of generating twice the revenue”.
Retaining key staff should be a priority for any company. With employee turnovers on the rise in pretty much any industry, the onus is on its decision-makers to foster a culture that promotes open communication. Team building benefits statistics suggest it’s one of the simplest and most effective means of keeping top talent.
In this Harvard Business Review article, Christine M. Riordan mentions studies that explore how soldiers form close bonds because they “believe in the purpose of the mission, rely on each other, and share the good and the bad as a team”. As you can imagine, this camaraderie would be invaluable if transferred to the workplace.
Thankfully, one of the main objectives of team building is to forge bonds between employees. When your team participates in these activities, this strengthened group loyalty and dedication to work results in increased productivity and engaged employees.
“Nearly 75% of employees see teamwork and collaboration as essential.”
“Organisations that promote collaboration and communication are 4.5 times less likely to lose their best employees.”
While nearly three-quarters of employees deem collaboration to be a vital cog in workplace engagement, only 18% of employees have their communication skills evaluated at performance reviews. Then, just over a quarter (27%) get communication training.
Research further suggests that positive communication within the workplace directly correlates with positive communication and socialising outside of work. This adds weight to the benefits of team building exercises and their tangible difference to morale.
